ample sunbeds all-inclusive drinks daily room

The hotel provides daily room cleaning with towel replacement. That was great. The grounds include multiple swimming pools with ample sunbeds. The all-inclusive drinks package offers cocktails, which I found a bonus!!!

lovely place

clean rooms fresh towels pool space

i liked how clean they kept the rooms daily. fresh towels arrived, and they straightened everything. i really think the pools were also a plus. there was a lot of space for everyone, and i never have problem to find a spot. the trees offered nice shade by the pools.

my only problem was about the reception. they don't always seem too eager. there was not any information about activities or the hotel layout available when i checked in. staff mostly speaks french, i wish they improve.

dead bugs dirty room

the entertainment team planned activities for both day and evening.

The room i received was not clean. I found dead bugs all over the wall. clearly, cleaning had not happened.

a decent stay overall

nice pool replaced towel hot water french speaking all inclusive extra cost

i found the pools to be quite nice. they seemed well-kept. my room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. the shower had plenty of hot water.

the hotel is mostly french speaking so i didn't always understand the activities. i found that the all inclusive drinks stopped at 11pm. i was not able to get more drinks after that without extra cost.
